Join us for a festive feast that brings together the best of spring in Michigan! We’ll celebrate the season with all the senses. This will be a coursed dinner with mead and cider pairings served in the Workshop taproom at Bløm Meadworks. In the spirit of local, this event will bring together several Ann Arbor area businesses to offer you their take on spring, and members from each will be there to share information about their ingredients and answer questions. The collaboration includes:
Four courses of fresh, local and foraged ingredients prepared by Fresh Forage
Mead and cider pairings made with seasonal ingredients by Bløm Meadworks
Dessert truffles crafted by Mindo Chocolates
Coffee roasted and brewed by Milan Coffee Works
Floral design by Bhakti Flowers
This event will begin at 7:30pm and end at 9:00pm. If this seating fills, an earlier seating will be opened. Tickets are non-refundable due to chef preparation needs!
