Does the idea of touching your toes make your palms sweat? Don't worry - these classes are meant to be a relaxing and open space for everyone. To top it off, you can quench your post-class thirst with a pour of mead or cider.
$20 - includes a 60-minute yoga class and one draft pour. Payment will be collected when you arrive - cash and credit accepted.
This is an all levels class open to yogis of all experience and interest levels, ages 21+. Doors open 20 minutes prior to the class start time, but please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.
What to bring: mat, water, towel and ID.
Instructor bio: Chelsea Hohn is a 200-hour certified teacher. She teaches alignment based yoga and supports her students to push their own boundaries. She blends a love of anatomy and fluid motion to create safe and often challenging sequences, and her teaching style encourages students to cultivate a strong mind-body connection. She currently lives in Ann Arbor where she can usually be found somewhere in the woods, or working on her flower farm.
