Second Sunday of every month - Samantha Lombardo
Third Sunday of every month - Joni Friedkin
Fourth Sunday of every month - Rotating
- Chelsea Hohn teaches alignment based yoga and supports her students to push their own boundaries. She blends a love of anatomy and fluid motion to create safe and often challenging sequences, and her teaching style encourages students to cultivate a strong mind-body connection. She currently lives in Ann Arbor where she can usually be found somewhere in the woods, or working on her flower farm.
- Samantha Lombardo challenges her students daily to reach their "edge" - that place where any more would be too much but any less would not be enough. She comes with a lot of energy, passion for her craft and love for this intrinsic sense of peace through movement.
- Joni Friedkin always encourages her students to try something new or different, find their edge, and let go of whatever did or did not happen on the mat. After all, yoga is a lifelong practice. Students can expect an energizing vinyasa flow, connecting breath to movement, building up to static holds and balancing postures that build strength and calm the mind. In other words: a yoga class that's playful, not too serious (laughing is totally cool) and includes a really good playlist.
