Let go of that work week tension with a combo of bends and brews. Join us this weekend for yoga at Bløm! Are you a master of the pretzel hold? Or does the idea of trying to touch your toes make your palms sweat? Don't worry - these classes are meant to be a relaxing and open space for everyone. To top it off, you can quench your post-class thirst with a pour of mead or cider.
This is an all levels class open to yogis of all experience and interest levels, ages 21+. Doors open 20 minutes prior to the class start time, but please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.
What to bring: mat, water, towel and ID.
Price: $15 - includes a 60-minute yoga class and one draft pour. Purchase tickets online or in person. Identification will be verified when you arrive.

- Chelsea Hohn teaches alignment based yoga and supports her students to push their own boundaries. She blends a love of anatomy and fluid motion to create safe and often challenging sequences, and her teaching style encourages students to cultivate a strong mind-body connection. She currently lives in Ann Arbor where she can usually be found somewhere in the woods, or working on her flower farm.
- Samantha Lombardo is so excited to bring yoga to Bløm Meadworks! Helping people get out of their heads and into their bodies is the entire reason she became a yoga instructor. In a world filled with busy schedules, constant routine and way too much “going”, it’s crucial to find moments of stillness. With a focus on Vinyasa, Sam challenges her students daily to reach their "edge" - that place where any more would be too much but any less would not be enough. Think fun music, creative flowing & just enough guidance. Sam comes with a lot of energy, passion for her craft and love for this intrinsic sense of peace through movement.
- Joni Friedkin always encourages her students to try something new or different, find their edge, and let go of whatever did or did not happen on the mat. After all, yoga is a lifelong practice. Students can expect an energizing vinyasa flow, connecting breath to movement, building up to static holds and balancing postures that build strength and calm the mind. In other words: a yoga class that's playful, not too serious (laughing is totally cool) and includes a really good playlist.
- Kate Wilhelmi loves the holistic way yoga reaches the mind, body, and spirit. Through grounding in the breath and moving with the breath in dance-like vinyasa flows, students are able to get lost in a moving meditation and focus on the present moment. Students of all yoga experiences and backgrounds can find balance, challenge, and fun in classes with upbeat, motivating music and community-building.
- Bailey Reale fell in love with yoga as a way to get out of her head and into her body. She likes to create a challenging, fun, and down-to-earth atmosphere in her classes, paired with mindfulness and a focus on the breath. Placing an importance on the transitions between poses, Bailey enjoys guiding students through flows that help bring body awareness, patience, and strength - tools that can be used on and off the mat.
