  • Bløm Meadworks 100 South 4th Avenue Ann Arbor, MI, 48104 (map)

Chocolate lovers, get ready to dive into the fascinating world of chocolate, made locally from bean to bar! Harvest Chocolate owners will cover it all -- from the moment cacao beans are harvested and fermented with farmers to the final, delectable chocolate bar you'll have the pleasure of tasting. This hands-on experience will take you through every step of the bean-to-bar journey, including tasting fresh cacao straight from the pod, the roasting, cracking, winnowing, and grinding of cocoa beans all while enjoying your very own chocolate flight from Harvest Chocolate's seasonal line-up. It's a truly sensory experience that will deepen your appreciation for the love of chocolate!

Ticket includes: materials and instruction, a flight of seasonal chocolates, a 12oz pour of mead or cider (N/A options available), and 10% off to-go products!

The workshop will take place in the Bløm Mead + Cider taproom. Bløm crafts dry, carbonated, sessionable meads and ciders with ingredients sourced from local Michigan farmers and producers. Please note this workshop includes a 12oz pour of mead or cider. Non-alcoholic beverages available upon request.
