Growler Club

Engaging with our community is what makes us love our jobs – we love meeting curious drinkers who push us to be creative and appreciate how flavors change season to season. To help foster that connection, Bløm offers a growler club – an idea based loosely on the community supported agriculture (CSA) model, where farmers sell shares to customers in exchange for weekly produce deliveries.

Here's how it works:

  • Club memberships are offered in 6-month increments. Sign-ups are rolling and your subscription auto-renews every 6 months unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; however, please note that your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription term

  • Members can choose to receive 6-64oz growlers, 12-64oz growlers, or 12-32oz howlers of mead and/or cider during the 6-month period (to help with maths, that comes out to one growler, two growlers, or two howlers per month, though you can fill more frequently if you’d like, until you run out of fills)

  • Members must be at least 21 years of age and have appropriate identification

  • The mead/cider must be picked up in person at our taproom (the member must be present for pick up or notify us in advance to have a stand-in)

  • Memberships may be purchased as a gift for someone, so long as both the purchaser and the recipient are 21+ years of age

  • Members will also receive discounts on merchandise and additional beverage purchases, along with other benefits (see below)

  • Perks: In addition to this these fills, your membership includes a few extra bonuses! Upon sign up, you'll receive two 13oz Bløm glasses, one growler or howler, 10% off all other orders during your membership, and one member-only event each year!

  • 6 growler fills - $110

  • 12 growler fills - $207

Growler Club PICK-UP

The mead/cider must be picked up in person at our taproom (the club member must be present for pick up or notify us in advance to have a stand-in). Growler club members must be at least 21 years of age and have appropriate identification.

Where do I pick up my growler fills? All growler club members must pick up their growler fill(s) of mead or cider in the taproom. The member must be present for pick-up or notify us in advance to have a stand-in. Members must be at least 21 years of age and have appropriate identification. 

Do I need to purchase the growler? Nope! One 64oz growler OR 32oz howler and two glasses will be included with your membership as a "thank you" from us. You should bring your growler or howler back for each fill - make sure it's rinsed clean with hot water, the cap is left off, and it’s in good condition to be refilled. We're also happy to fill other growlers that have a surgeon general’s warning and are clean and in good condition.

What kind of benefits do I receive? Well, on top of knowing that you're part of an awesome group of members, and the lower fill price you get buy buying in bulk, you'll also receive a growler/howler and two glasses with your initial sign-up, a 10% discount on merchandise and other mead/cider purchases during your CSM period, and an invitation to a member-only event each year.

Do I have to pick up my fills all at once? Or once a month? Neither! You can pick up your fills for the session at any point during the session. Want to fill all of them on the first day of your membership? Go for it, though remember we give you one growler or howler! You’ll need to bring your own to get multiple at a time! Want to savor it and get one fill per month? Rock on!

Can I purchase a membership as a gift? Yes! If you'd like to purchase a membership as a gift, you are required, at the time of purchase, to designate the person for whom you are purchasing. Both parties must be at least 21 years of age.
