This Taste of Life dinner at Cultivate Coffee and Tap House celebrates the diverse mechanisms of pollination and the colorful flavors that result. This meal will focus on the reliance on pollinators to the food supply and raise awareness about native bees and bee diversity. Attendees will taste many of the crops that rely on pollinators and consider what our meals will look like as we lose more pollinators.
The Taste of Life project is a series of events centered on food, science, health and diversity (defined broadly: ecological, cultural, genetic). These science outreach events serve to highlight the importance, impact and excitement of science in a fun and delicious way.
