All of our meads and ciders are naturally gluten free.

Meads

Standard Mead
Mildly back-sweetened to emphasize the honey taste and aroma, this mead falls in the semi-dry category. Tasting notes: citrus, mineral, playful. ABV: 6.4%

Apple Cyser
Made with wildflower honey and a Michigan apple cider blend - highlights the apples' tannins and acidity. Tasting notes: golden, crisp, sociable. ABV: 6.2%

Gose Mead
ABV: 6.4%
Off-dry sour finished with Michigan-mined salt. Showcases honey flavor, citrus aroma and lactic acid as a refreshing combination. Tasting notes: lemon, fresh grass, sunny

Blueberry Maple Mead
ABV: 6.6%
Intriguing combo of floral pressed blueberries with rich maple syrup for moderate back sweetening. Tasting notes: woodsy, jammy, charming

Ciders

Tart Cider
Fruit forward aroma with a green apple flavor. Heavy on the tart, light on the tannins. Smooth finish. Tasting notes: green, fresh, peppy. ABV: 5.4%

Semi-Dry Cider
Easy-drinking cider with red apple flavor that balances the mild acidity. Light tannins from the Michigan apple blend. Tasting notes: clean, stone fruit, easy going. ABV: 5.6%

Pear Ginger Cider
Michigan apples and pears fermented together with fresh ginger root. Has a little zip to it! Tasting notes: tart, lush, lively. ABV: 5.7%

Perry Saison
Bosc pear forward with a little Saison funk. Fermented at a warm temperature. Semi-dry. Tasting notes: funky, fruity, eccentric. ABV: 6.8%

Absinthe Botanical Cider
ABV: 6%
Absinthe botanicals infuse an herbal bite and light licorice flavor. Medium sweetness to balance

Bløm Beer [gluten reduced]
This brew is a cross between an altbier and a kölsch. Made with MI-grown barley. A light, refreshing, straw-colored beer with a moderate malty flavor. ABV: 5.7%

Guest Draft: ‘Green’ Sparkling Wine
Extra-sec sparkling white wine made by our friends on the Leelanau from hand-picked Cayuga and Riesling grapes and finished here at Bløm. Pear and fresh lemon flavors

MEAD - SEASONAL

Rhubarb Mead
Rhubarb gives a dry, mineral-forward tartness. A little earthiness while still thirst-quenching. Tasting notes: mineral, clean, sprightly. ABV: 5.2%

Gin Botanical Mead
Fermented at a cool temperature, this crisp dry mead is made with fresh local juniper berries and lavender. Tasting notes: cool, spruce, adventurous. ABV: 6.4%

Black Currant Mead
Fermented with 300+ pounds of Tahsis black currants. Mild back sweetening complements the tart spicy berries. Tasting notes: berry, tannin, spunky. ABV: 5.7%

Paw Paw Sour Mead
ABV: 5.8%
Made with hand-picked local paw paws. Sour yeast back. A little pineapple on the first sip!

Christmas Mead
This festive limited release features wildflower honey and Michigan-grown cranberries and ginger. Tasting notes: berry, ginger, festive. ABV: 6.9%

Strawberry Rhubarb Mead
ABV: 4.0%
Our Rhubarb Mead made extra sessionable with fresh pressed strawberry juice from Michigan strawberries. Perfect beach buddy!

Juicy Fruit Sour Mead
Like a grown-up version of 90s fave Juicy Fruit gum, this small batch tart mead gets its tropical fruit punch from local paw paws. 6.8%

Blueberry Gose Mead
ABV: 6.1%
A collab with Girls Pint Out for International Women's Day! Sweeter than most of our batches but perfectly balanced. Bright acidity, wildflower honey sweetness, and a small salt addition to create a round, tannic feel

Raspberry Sour Mead
ABV: 4.4%
Chock full of fresh pressed Michigan raspberries. Paired with a sour yeast strain for a tart, fruity, juicy medium sweetness mead.

Black Currant Gose Mead

A salty riff on our Black Currant Mead! This spunky, tart semi-dry mead gets a salt addition to play up the savoriness of the berries.

Strawberry Basil Mead

Pressed Michigan strawberries give a tangy juiciness, and a light minty basil note keeps it super summery. Tasting notes: juicy, fresh, vibrant

Fresh Hopped Cyser - Centennial + Chinook

A riff on our Cyser - a refreshing, slightly tart blend of session mead and cider. Hand-picked fresh Centennial and Chinook hops from our family’s farm, straight into the Cyser tank within a few hours. Grass, watermelon, weed

Hoppy Peach Cider
ABV: 6.2%
Made with Michigan peaches and Copper hops. Tangy orange zest nose on this beauty and vibrant tropical fruit flavor. Tasting notes: tropical, punchy, zippy

Raspberry Cider
This bright ruby cider is made with 500 pounds of raspberries and a tart apple blend. All from Michigan. Tasting notes: punchy, luscious, frisky. ABV: 6.5%

Crabapple Cider
ABV: 5.3%
Fruit forward, light acidity and mild tannins from these local Sugar Tyme and Prairie Fire crabapples. Hints of clove. Semi-dry

Dry Cider 2022
ABV: 6.4%
2022 MI cider blend contributes tannins and an acidic backbone. Featuring Arkansas Black and Winesap varieties. Tasting notes: sharp, tannic, dapper

Barrel Aged Cyser
ABV:
A variant of the Cyser, this batch spent 3 months in A2DC’s fall gin barrels. Tasting notes: Light apple acidity, vanilla and a smidgen of lime

Gluten Free Beer
ABV: 5.0%
This trial run was made with unmalted Michigan buckwheat and millet. Grain profile has a Wit vibe. Hop profile is giving Blonde flavors.

Gluten Free Beer #2
ABV: 4.3%
Ordinary Bitter made with raw and roasted millet grown in Michigan. Low gravity, low ABV, cracker aroma with a moderately bitter profile. Light and easy drinking.

SMALL BATCHES

Sumac Cider
ABV: 6.3%
Made with foraged sumac that we dried, brewed as a tea and fermented with cider. Lemony, mouth-puckering, Basque-ish cider with a nice little funk on the end

2022 Bløm Beer
ABV: 6.2%
This brew is a cross between an altbier and a märzen style. Made with MI-grown barley and Triple Pearl hops. Light toffee flavor with balancing bitterness and a dry finish. Tested internally and by a third party lab at <10ppm.

Guomi Berry Mead
ABV: 6.2%
A new ingredient to play with! Guomi berries have a tropical fruit punch-like flavor and their tannins leave a dry feeling on your tongue. We’re digging this little gem!

Elderflower Mead
ABV: 6.3%
A small batch made with freshly picked elderflowers from Gateway Farms. Light honey back sweetening brightens the earthy florals.

Sugarplum Mead
ABV: 4.9%
Made with pressed plums, steeped ginger and brown sugar. Medium sweetness. I mean, what's not to love?

Arnie Palmer Mead
ABV: 5.4%
A light Michigan-grown riff! Tannins from Michigan’s only golden tea and lemon verbena. Semi-dry

Gingersnap Mead
ABV: 5.3%
Made with burnt caramel syrup (from MI sugar) and boiled ginger root. A little like dunking your gingersnap in your ginger beer. Perfect for a little nip after hittin the slopes.

Stone Fruit Coriander Mead
ABV: 6.5%
Aged on Michigan plums and apricots with dried coriander seeds for a floral rosé finish

Raspberry Mead
ABV: 6.5%
A blend of wildflower honey, lightly back sweetened with tart Michigan Heritage raspberries 

Lemon Thyme Mead
